Publishing is the process of making information and literature available to the public, for sale or for free. To add on to books, this can also include music, software, web content etc. Traditionally, the term refers to the distribution of printed works, such as books, newspapers, and magazines – and this will be our working definition.
Many at times authors are clouded by doubt, fear and they completely lose confidence. Authors fear rejection from the market.

After enduring a long, grueling, bumpy writing experience, you probably find yourself confused and stressed about how to find the perfect Editor for your work. It surely takes serious determination, patience and hard work to finish a book. It’s a heroic process and well done for doing it. Great job soldier!
Like promised, I’m back again to discuss the different stages of editing. I didn’t get any comments on my previous post most probably because people have been busy and also because of the lockdown. It’s a difficult period and it’s important to try as much as we can to stay safe and positive. Hope is all we need at the moment. I also hope that reading this blog also helps to get our minds off things a little.
Having discussed the cumbersome writing process in detail, one may think, if the writer does all that, then the book is final.
We have talked about publishing and the publishing process but let’s go back to basics. What is writing.
